Simple Software Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”) develops puzzle and brain-training games. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across all of our games and every platform we publish to.
01 Information We Collect
The games themselves collect no personal information. Specifically, none of our games:

02 Local Storage Only
Game data — including your progress, scores, achievements, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and can be erased at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the game.
03 Buying from This Website
Purchases on this website are handled by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. You enter your payment details into Paddle’s checkout, not ours. Paddle processes the payment and handles billing, sales tax, receipts and refunds under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.
Paddle’s checkout loads only when you click a Buy button. Simply browsing this website loads nothing from Paddle.
After you buy, Paddle tells us your email address, your name if you gave one, and an order reference. We keep these with your license key so we can email you your key, help if you lose it, and let you reset your devices. We don’t send marketing or newsletters, and we never sell or share this information.
When you activate a game bought here, it sends our server your license key and a one-way scrambled code made from your device’s hardware, so we can count how many devices the key is on. That code can’t be turned back into information about your computer. After activation, the game never contacts us again.
Our server also keeps routine technical logs, including the internet addresses that requests come from, for security and troubleshooting.
To have your purchase record deleted, email us. Once it’s deleted, we can no longer resend your key or reset your devices for you.
04 Internet Connection
Our games are built to work fully offline. An internet connection is never required to play. A copy bought directly from this website connects once, to activate, and never again after that.
05 Children’s Privacy
Our games are safe for players of all ages. Because the games do not collect any personal information from any player, there are no concerns regarding children’s privacy, and we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
06 Third-Party Services
We do not use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), advertising networks, social media integrations, or crash-reporting services that collect user data. If you purchase or download a game through Steam, Google Play, or the App Store, that platform collects its own information as part of your account with them — governed by that platform’s own privacy policy, not ours. Purchases made on this website are processed by Paddle, as described in Buying from this website.
07 Data Security
Your game data stays under your control, on your device, at all times. For games bought on this website, the small purchase record described above is kept in a database on our web server that is not publicly accessible, and it is never shared.
